Description

You will support the development and continuous improvement of modern web applications and microservices for recruitment of employees and collaborators. The role combines frontend-focused delivery with participation in cloud and CI/CD improvements, working closely with Product Management, development teams, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve modern web applications and microservices with emphasis on frontend technologies

• Actively contribute to designing and improving cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Co-create innovative IT projects together with business areas

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Management, developer teams, DevOps) to keep the software delivery process smooth

Requirements

• Polish, English, and German proficiency in a technical environment at least B2

• First experience (about 1–3 years) building, refactoring, and maintaining cloud-hosted web applications

• Basic knowledge of Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Openness to learning new programming languages in the context of cloud applications

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, and modern software development practices

• Nice to have: first experience with serverless/headless server architectures
