Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile and web games for HTML platforms using JavaScript and TypeScript. Optimize game performance across different devices and browsers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a high-quality player experience. Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and continuous integration while applying current industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient mobile and web HTML games using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Optimize performance across devices and browsers

• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and other engineers)

• Maintain high code quality via code reviews and continuous integration

• Track industry trends and apply best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of documented experience building HTML mobile and web games

• 3+ years of experience programming in JavaScript

• Practical experience with Spine animations (big advantage)

• Strong experience porting games to mobile devices and various web browsers (big advantage)

• Extensive experience with the PIXI framework (big advantage)

• TypeScript proficiency (big advantage)

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

• Ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver complex projects end-to-end

• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and independent work ability

• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and teamwork ability
