Description

Join a long-term transformation programme supporting the Bluefield transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role spans from early analysis and solution design through SAP CO configuration, testing, migration, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and design phase of the SAP transformation

• Analyze current ECC controlling processes and prepare them for the S/4HANA environment

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP CO solutions

• Perform SAP CO configuration and solution design

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP workstreams

• Support the design and implementation of the Bluefield transformation

• Participate in testing, migration, and implementation activities

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP CO functionality

• Work with the Program Manager, CO leadership, and other project teams through subsequent implementation phases

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in SAP CO/Controlling

• Strong SAP CO configuration experience

• At least 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects

• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA

• Practical experience in S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably Bluefield

• Strong understanding of controlling processes and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

• Experience on complex, enterprise-scale SAP programmes

• Fluent English

• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week

• Flexibility for occasional business travel

• Energy sector experience is highly desirable
