Description

Own go-to-market execution for Industrial product launches, from engineering readiness through first-customer operationalization and post-launch success. This cross-functional role coordinates engineering, sales, sales engineering, service, compliance, finance, and content to ensure each launch is sellable, contractable, and deliverable on the committed date. You will also improve the launch process so subsequent hardware/software/service cutovers are faster and cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market plans for new Industrial hardware, software features, and service offerings.
• Own the launch operating system (one tracker per launch, named gates and owners, weekly risk reviews through commercial cut-in).
• Surface requirements, dependencies, and blockers across hardware, software, services, compliance, finance, sales operations, technical publications, and content; drive actions to dates.
• Make products sellable on day one with sales tools, contract and warranty language, partner documentation, and sales training.
• Drive first-customer and first-country operationalization with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Service.
• Hold the organization accountable through commercial cut-in gates (quoteable, contractable, commissionable).
• Feed field and customer launch issues back to product owners until the original success metric is met.
• Report launch status to Product leadership with clear risks, owners, and recovery plans.
• Improve the launch process so subsequent cutovers are faster and cleaner.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years launching hardware products and software features in energy, infrastructure, or industrial B2B.
• Direct experience making cross-functional change happen in a global organization.
• Comfort interfacing with external customers, EPCs, developers, and senior internal leaders.
• Working knowledge of utility-scale energy storage, grid interconnection, or related power systems.
• Proven ability to drive sales-tool, contract, and documentation cut-in as part of launch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to lead technical and sales discussions.
• Strong execution drive to close gaps; ability to run multiple launches in parallel and pivot without losing the critical path.

Expected compensation: $136,000–$264,000 annual salary plus cash and stock awards and benefits.
