Description

In this B2B role, you will support KYC/AML client verification by collecting and analyzing client documentation and information for the Micro, SME, and Mid segments. You will validate KYC profiles in line with AML/CFT policies and perform AML/CFT risk assessments for business decisions, ensuring due care and regulatory compliance. Selection starts with a short technical conversation to confirm your experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collect documents and information used to identify clients in the PSK/KYC process

• Analyze ownership structures and various legal forms for residents and non-residents (e.g., partnerships, corporations, non-profit entities)

• Contact clients via email to obtain missing documents or information

• Assess the reviewed materials for consistency, completeness, and credibility

• Analyze and verify KYC profiles according to the bank’s AML/CFT policy

• Collaborate with internal units to obtain required data

• Evaluate AML/CFT risk when making business decisions

• Conduct KYC in accordance with applicable laws and internal bank regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience performing PSK reviews (particularly for resident clients)

• Ability to use public registries and databases to obtain information required for PSK processes

• Knowledge of Polish AML/CFT regulations

• Ability to identify beneficial owners for resident clients

• Knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and international banking cooperation

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and organization

• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and think comprehensively

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Higher education or final year of studies

• Ability to work in a hybrid model with presence in Warsaw at least 1 day per week

• English proficiency at least B1
