Description

You will help design, engineer, and maintain a core transactional integration backbone connecting enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems. The role emphasizes technical ownership and architectural responsibility while leading and guiding a team of 5–10 developers through standards, code reviews, and quality practices. Work in an Agile environment collaborating with international product owners, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and design resilient, scalable event-driven architectures and system-to-system integration patterns

• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team; establish coding guidelines and perform code reviews

• Maintain code-level quality, test coverage, and production reliability across cloud integration pipelines

• Collaborate with international product owners, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile

Requirements

• Senior software/tech lead experience with practical system integration and distributed systems

• Practical knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging systems, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns

• Hands-on AWS expertise with Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and AWS networking

• Strong Node.js capability for technical guidance and thorough code reviews

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and Linux/Shell scripting

• Proven experience mentoring or leading a technical team (5–10 developers)
