Description

You will support and maintain business-critical, .NET-based applications in production. The role is not a typical .NET developer position; it focuses on technical knowledge to investigate issues, analyze logs, and provide effective operational support. Depending on experience, responsibilities can range from application administration and operational support to deeper managed/production support troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 and advanced L4/L5 application support
  • Monitor application health and investigate incidents
  • Analyze application logs, errors, and system behavior
  • Troubleshoot technical and application-related issues
  • Support configuration, administration, and application changes
  • Perform root cause analysis and support problem resolution
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and application transition activities
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams
  • Support releases, deployments, and production changes
  • Maintain technical and operational documentation
  • Work within incident, problem, and change management processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Managed Services, or a similar technical role
  • Technical background in the Microsoft/.NET ecosystem
  • Ability to understand application architecture and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience analyzing application logs
  • General understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and application environments
  • Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or similar) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, or ITSM tools is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus
  • Good communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English B2 or higher
  • Willingness to work in a support environment
