Description

Develop and enhance features for a next-generation operations and facilities management platform using modern .NET technologies. Work across the full software development lifecycle with a distributed international team, covering implementation, bug fixes, debugging, and ongoing sustainment. Provide technical leadership and mentoring while using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop features and implement bug fixes across modern .NET-based applications.
  • Design and create telecom application software and participate in sustainment.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development into coding, code review, and debugging workflows; coach teammates to adopt AI-augmented development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software developers and interns.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development process.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on training, product briefs, and deployment of new installations.
  • Support global implementation and support activities as part of a distributed international team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of .NET development, including 5+ years designing/architecting software solutions.
  • Strong C# and .NET Core 6/7/8 expertise.
  • Strong ASP.NET MVC and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) experience.
  • Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
  • SQL Server and T-SQL expertise: schema design, views, stored procedures/functions, and query optimization.
  • Experience with BI dashboards/reporting and ETL processes (SSRS is a plus).
  • OOP, design patterns, and application lifecycle management knowledge.
  • REST and SOAP experience, including WCF and SOA.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git/source control, and CI/CD build & deployment processes.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and experience with geographically distributed teams; English Upper-Intermediate or above.
