Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of the infrastructure behind a new Player Account Management (PAM) platform, building the AWS foundation from scratch. The work spans AWS cloud infrastructure, Amazon EKS, networking, CI/CD, and observability, with a strong focus on production-ready, reliable systems. As the first DevOps engineer in Poland, you will help define technical standards and how the platform is built and operated.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AWS infrastructure for the PAM platform from scratch

• Own the infrastructure lifecycle from research and architecture through production delivery

• Design AWS account structures, networking, and IAM

• Build and operate Kubernetes using Amazon EKS

• Implement scalable and highly available production infrastructure

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Establish GitOps and CI/CD processes (e.g., Argo CD)

• Set up observability across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting

• Define and improve production readiness, reliability, and incident response practices

• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity

• Support migration from an existing third-party platform

• Collaborate with backend, security, AI platform, and other engineering teams

• Establish infrastructure and operational standards; mentor engineers
