Description

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure while improving CI/CD automation and platform reliability. Manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS, implement monitoring/logging/alerting, and build infrastructure automation using IaC and scripting. Work closely with development teams to improve delivery efficiency and support disaster recovery and business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure

  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (IaC)

  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS)

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

  • Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

  • Manage IAM, cloud security controls, and governance standards

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues

  • Work with development teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency

  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives

  • Contribute to platform reliability and SRE practices

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role

  • Hands-on experience with AWS

  • Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code

  • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization

  • Hands-on Kubernetes experience, particularly AWS EKS

  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

  • Scripting skills in Python and Bash or PowerShell

  • Strong Linux administration skills

  • Good knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, route tables, security groups, load balancers)

  • Experience with IAM, cloud security, and operational best practices

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills for distributed teams
