Description

You will engineer and optimize automated cloud infrastructure across multiple AWS regions, ensuring high availability, security, cost efficiency, and PCI compliance. You’ll build next-gen infrastructure for AI models and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), including serverless components. The role also involves improving internal developer tooling (primarily Python and Go), building CI/CD pipelines, and participating in on-call incident response.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize automated cloud infrastructure across multiple regions

• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI models and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes EKS, Lambda, Kserve, Knative)

• Develop and refine software tooling/frameworks to reduce deployment friction and improve self-service

• Collaborate with global engineering teams with regular regional working hours

• Design, manage, and scale CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and testing automation

• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve infrastructure incidents

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps, Systems, or Site Reliability Engineer

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby (including internal tooling and contributions beyond scripting)

• Core AWS expertise (EKS, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, EC2); AWS certification is a plus

• Experience with AI/ML workloads and open-source AI infrastructure components (Kserve, Knative, vector databases)

• Experience deploying and managing AI agents with ADK or AWS Bedrock

• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and AWS SAM

• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes on EKS and GitOps with ArgoCD

• Pipeline automation with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or custom CI/CD orchestration

• Clear, confident communication skills
