Description

You will design, implement, and continuously improve a global cybersecurity awareness and trainings portfolio. You will analyze current cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technology trends, and translate them into practical training content for technical and non-technical audiences.

You will plan and run global training programs, build a scalable train-the-trainer concept, collaborate with security Subject Matter Experts, and measure effectiveness using metrics such as phishing simulations, awareness KPIs, and participation rates.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation, and ongoing development of the global cybersecurity awareness and training portfolio

• Analyze cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technology developments; turn them into hands-on training content

• Plan and deliver global trainings, especially for technical groups such as Application Managers

• Build and evolve a scalable global train-the-trainer approach

• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts across security domains (e.g., Cloud, OT, Identity, Incident Response)

• Measure training effectiveness using defined metrics (e.g., phishing simulations, awareness KPIs, participation rates)

• Continuously optimize content based on the current threat landscape

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or comparable qualification

• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity/IT-related roles

• At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and improving training formats (ideally in an international corporate environment)

• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage

• Very good technical understanding of IT and security architectures

• Ability to tailor technical and security content to different target groups, from non-technical stakeholders to technical experts

• Fluent English; German is beneficial
