Description

Lead embedded hardware and embedded software project teams by coordinating project planning and execution, defining specifications with internal and external customers, and ensuring delivery of agreed objectives for content, timelines, and costs. Provide technical support to customers during their product development and use (agile) project management practices where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership of a project team

• Define specifications (Lastenhefte) in collaboration with internal and external customers

• Structure, plan, and control overall projects (sub-projects, work packages)

• Ensure project realization by achieving agreed targets for content, dates, and costs

• Provide technical support for customers during product development

Requirements

• Completed degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in embedded SW and/or HDL circuit development

• Knowledge or initial professional experience in (agile) project management

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills

• Strong communication, confident presence, decision-making ability, and assertiveness

• Teamwork skills, creative thinking, and strong social competence
