Description

Own and drive a Customer Intelligence product for innovative IT solutions, taking responsibility for complex initiatives end-to-end.

Develop and evolve a CX platform by designing and implementing an Insights chatbot that intelligently combines customer data.

Translate business requirements into technical product specifications, operationalize the product across its lifecycle (including global rollout), and create and automate dashboards based on enterprise data.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience managing complex IT projects
• Experience conceiving and evolving innovative AI solutions and scaling prototypes to full enterprise solutions
• Degree in business administration (business informatics focus) or comparable qualification
• Experience implementing LLM chatbots
• Deep understanding of dashboards
• Knowledge of building cloud data warehouses and enterprise BI solutions
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Strong team collaboration and networking competence
