Description

You will plan and coordinate development projects end-to-end, including milestone breakdown, schedule and goal tracking, and managing prototype tests and operational verification.

You will lead a small development team, control project budgets, produce progress reports, and maintain project documentation.

You will also coordinate development activities and support approvals for produced hardware modules.

Responsibilities

• Break down development projects into stages and activities
• Monitor schedule adherence and delivery of project goals
• Coordinate work of ~4–5 development engineers
• Control project financial plans
• Prepare reports on work progress
• Manage prototype testing and operational verification
• Maintain and manage project documentation
• Collaborate in product development approvals
• Coordinate activities during production of developed hardware modules

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of analog electronics and use of test/measurement equipment
• Basic programming experience
• Knowledge of how to divide development activities into stages
• Minimum §6 qualification per NV 194/2022 (administratively arranged for graduates)
• Ability to lead a team
• Responsibility, attention to detail, creativity
• Advantage: knowledge of safety-critical application principles and railway security signaling technology principles
