Description

You will support e-learning specialists with routine tasks and administrative help. Your work includes inserting and editing learning materials in the IS MUNI system, checking the formal quality of materials (formatting, links, structure), and communicating with instructors for simpler questions. With mentorship, you will gradually learn how interactive, high-quality distance learning is created.

Responsibilities

• Assist e-learning specialists with routine tasks and administrative support
• Insert and edit study materials in IS MUNI
• Check formal correctness of materials (formatting, links, structure)
• Coordinate communication with instructors for simpler queries
• Learn how interactive and high-quality distance learning is developed
• Work with a mentor e-learning specialist who guides you into more complex tasks

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate (secondary or university), ideally in pedagogy, IT, or a related field
• Systematic, careful, detail-oriented approach
• Basic computer proficiency; able to use MS Office and internet applications
• Willingness to learn and interest in digital education
• Good communication skills with colleagues and instructors
• English knowledge or HTML experience is an advantage, not required
