Description

You’ll complete a hands-on apprenticeship focused on digital networking and IT services. You will support daily expert work, plan and configure IT systems, install and set up hardware, operating systems, and networks, and help users when issues arise using modern diagnosis tools. The training includes team rotations, increasing independent work, and an expert-supported final project.

Responsibilities

• Assist specialists with day-to-day tasks and receive varied assignments
• Plan and configure IT systems
• Install and set up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements
• Diagnose and help resolve incidents using modern diagnostic systems
• Rotate across multiple teams during the apprenticeship (Enterprise IT Services; then SMB & Schools)
• Work on the final project with continuous technical support throughout the training
• Earn opportunities for technical certifications during the apprenticeship

Requirements

• Realschulabschluss with strong performance or good Fachhochschulreife; Abitur welcome
• Good performance in German, English, and Mathematics
• Valid driver’s license (Pkw)
• High motivation and engagement
• Carefulness and accuracy
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Analytical thinking and self-organization
• Team orientation and desire for continuous development
