Description

You will administer, configure, and optimize Jira and Confluence applications in Data Center, including upgrades and plugin management. The role also involves building automation for processes, dashboards, and reports, plus monitoring performance and security. You will create integrations with other systems and provide technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira and Confluence (Data Center)

• Perform Jira/Confluence updates and deploy/manage plugins

• Design and implement automation for processes, dashboards, and reports

• Monitor performance and security of Atlassian systems

• Build integrations with other applications

• Manage user access and permissions

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support users

• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Experience administering and configuring Jira and Confluence (Data Center)

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows

• Knowledge of tools for automation in Jira/Confluence

• Knowledge of JQL and core functions in Jira/Confluence

• Experience building integrations using REST API and web services

• Experience working with development and business teams; understand their needs

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and work analytically

• Experience supporting internal customer tickets and resolving issues
