Description

This role focuses on managing and administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence in both Data Center and Cloud environments to ensure smooth operation for an international team.

Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian Jira and Confluence, providing support across Data Center and Cloud models

• Manage AWS or Microsoft Azure environments effectively

• Use Groovy and the ScriptRunner plugin to enhance platform functionality

• Contribute to the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud

• Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management processes

• Maintain communication and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Experience administering AWS or Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of Groovy and the ScriptRunner plugin

• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating Jira and Confluence to Cloud

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL

• Familiarity with Rovo AI capabilities in Jira and Confluence Cloud

• Understanding of ticketing tools like ServiceNow

• Good knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management

• Ability to work effectively in an international context
