Description

You will ensure that Jira and Confluence tools used by development teams run smoothly and without interruptions. The role focuses on administration, optimization of projects/dashboards/reports, fast resolution of user issues, and updates/migrations with performance monitoring. Your decisions directly impact software delivery speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence (configuration, permissions, workflow, issue schemas, custom fields)

• Create and optimize projects, dashboards, and reports

• Handle user requests and resolve problems quickly

• Perform updates, migrations, and monitor tool performance

• Organize and standardize processes within teams

• Collaborate with code quality and artifact management tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Jira and Confluence

• Good knowledge of workflow, permission schemes, and automation

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

• Independence and good work organization

• Communicative English (international environment)
