Description

Work on a project supporting digital transformation through Jira and Confluence. You will design, configure, and develop solutions based on Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence—covering workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations with external systems. You’ll also build custom extensions and support Atlassian users.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

• Create and optimize workflows, schemas, fields, screens, dashboards, and filters

• Develop automations using Jira Automation, REST API, webhooks, and Groovy/JavaScript

• Integrate Jira with external systems (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps tools, ticketing systems, HR, ERP)

• Build custom solutions/extensions using Forge, Connect, scripts, and integrations

• Support users and troubleshoot Atlassian environment issues

• Prepare documentation and run trainings

• Participate in Agile/DevOps transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Jira Developer, or similar role

• Very good knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Automation, REST API

• Practical experience building custom solutions, automations, and integrations

• Knowledge of Forge, Connect, Groovy and/or JavaScript

• Experience integrating Jira with external systems

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and knowledge of software development processes

• English at least B2

• Very good Polish language knowledge
