Description

You will be responsible for the architecture and design of a customer contact platform built on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CE. You will develop scalable, integrated solutions, implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform across the full lifecycle, and ensure security and regulatory compliance. You will also coordinate stakeholders and teams and work with BizDevOps and other architects using agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and design for the customer contact platform using Azure and Dynamics 365 CE

• Design and implement scalable, standard-aligned solutions with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure from idea and architecture through implementation

• Provide functional direction for sub-projects or team members; coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure collaboration between business, development, and architecture

• Collaborate with BizDevOps teams and other architects; actively apply agile ways of working such as SAFe and Scrum

• Ensure solutions meet the highest security requirements and reliably comply with regulatory requirements

• Drive digitalization and automation of customer contact management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Act in a key role for overall technical responsibility and shape ongoing platform evolution and team collaboration

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT qualification

• Several years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure (ideally in integrated enterprise environments)

• Confident communication with developers (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET) and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, streams, or teams; ideally with functional leadership responsibility

• German proficiency at least C1 and English proficiency at least B2; convincing and assertive presence with different stakeholders

• Structured, holistic, analytical working style—even under complex challenges
