Description

Design and evolve a Workforce Management platform for fine planning and control of activities in electricity and gas grid construction. You will be responsible for the technical architecture across Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS integration, and application interfaces, while collaborating with DevOps, Product Owners, and international engineering teams. You will ensure high quality and that security, privacy, and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of the complex technology landscape and understand the interplay of DevOps, code repositories, SaaS, SAP BTP, and Azure

• Use architecture models, make sound architectural decisions, and ensure documentation of the application landscape

• Leverage new capabilities of Azure, SAP BTP, and mobile clients to drive technical and business innovation

• Work closely with domain experts, Product Owners, and international development teams within the BizDevOps team

• Define guidelines and integrate the Workforce Management platform into the broader enterprise environment

• Ensure solution quality, exchange best practices with other architects, and promote agile ways of working

• Ensure all solutions meet the highest security, data protection, and compliance requirements to protect the platform and customer data

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT qualification

• Several years of proven success in complex IT landscapes with different application depths

• Experience working with service providers and integrating externally delivered components

• Broad technology and architecture knowledge in cloud environments (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS integration) and application integration (interfaces, contracts)

• Knowledge of mobile development (Android, iOS) is desirable

• German fluency and very good English (at least B2)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
