Description

Own end-to-end responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions—from architecture and design through technical implementation. Design and build complex AL extensions, ensure high quality via code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization, and deliver integrations/interfaces in hybrid system landscapes (Web Services/APIs/Azure Services). Advise customers and internal consultants on solution architectures and extension strategies (standard-first), and plan upgrades and migrations (NAV → Business Central, On-Premises → Cloud/SaaS).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience developing and designing Business Central/NAV solutions across multiple end-to-end projects
• Strong knowledge of AL, Visual Studio Code, and the Business Central development stack
• Very good understanding of Business Central architecture in both On-Premises and SaaS
• Practical experience with C#/.NET integrations using REST and SOAP web services and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) including CI/CD, branching strategies, and automated testing
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and collaborate with business teams; presales/workshops experience is a plus
• Confident, critical use of AI tools in your domain and support for customers’ AI potential
• Independent, solution-oriented working style; active teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Very good German and good English skills
