Description

Join a global CRM product team responsible for the development and maintenance of an enterprise Dynamics 365 platform. The role is strongly hands-on, covering Dynamics 365 CE development, customisations, C#/.NET backend development, Azure-based integrations, and CI/CD. You will collaborate closely with an international cross-functional team including an architect, testers, integration specialists, and a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, primarily in the Sales area
• Design and implement CRM customisations
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom backend components
• Build solutions using C# and .NET
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Work with Azure services including Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts
• Support automated build and deployment through CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM platform
• Maintain and improve existing custom components
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and integration specialists
• Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute actively to an Agile product team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Engagement, preferably the Sales module
• Very good knowledge of customisations, plugins, and workflows
• Strong development skills in C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage Accounts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Experience developing and supporting integrations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent English
