Description

You will take full responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure, IT security, and key enterprise systems. The position is not limited to high-level management—you will actively drive priority technical projects, manage external IT suppliers, and work hands-on on architecture and security. You will also support reporting and data work, ideally using Power BI, and lead a small internal team.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for IT infrastructure (servers, architecture, and ongoing development)
• IT security: system protection, prevention of incidents, and setting security standards and processes
• Manage and develop key corporate systems, especially ERP, WMS, MS365, Jira, and other internal tools
• Identify opportunities for process automation and more effective use of ERP
• Develop reporting and work with data, ideally using Power BI
• Lead a small internal team
• Manage external IT vendors, including partner selection and contract/terms negotiation
• Own the IT budget and prioritize projects
• Collaborate with other departments and company management

Requirements

• Experience with complex IT infrastructure
• Very good orientation in IT security and securing corporate systems
• Practical experience in administering and developing ERP systems
• Ability to understand IT architecture and decide on suitable technological solutions
• Experience managing external IT vendors and technology projects
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple areas in parallel, and deliver outcomes
• Practical and proactive, hands-on approach (not delegating only)
• Practical experience with reporting and data analytics
