Description

Lead and develop an IT audit and cybersecurity team responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating audits across information systems, security measures, and ICT processes. Assess compliance with NIS2, the Czech Cyber Security Act, and ISO 27001, identify cyber and technology risks, and propose corrective actions with support from senior management. Help strengthen the resilience of critical digital services and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an audit team focused on IT audit, cybersecurity, and ICT process governance

• Plan, execute, and evaluate audits of information systems, security controls, and ICT processes

• Assess compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, especially NIS2, the Cyber Security Act, and ISO 27001

• Identify and assess cyber and technology risks and propose appropriate corrective actions

• Collaborate with senior management and expert departments to increase the resilience of digital services and technology systems

• Contribute to the development of audit procedures, methodologies, and processes in IT and cybersecurity

Requirements

• University education, ideally in ICT, cybersecurity, or transportation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, IT audit, risk management, or cybersecurity

• Experience leading a smaller team and coordinating expert activities

• Familiarity with information security, access management, risk management, and audit frameworks

• Ability to work with professional documentation in English

• Analytical and communicative with high professional integrity

• Advantage: security clearance level D (Confidential)

• Advantage: certifications such as CIA or CISA

• Advantage: knowledge of the transport infrastructure / railway sector
