• Role: Information Security & ISMS Manager

Description

Lead the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including the security strategy and security policies. Coordinate legal and regulatory obligations under Czech cyber security law and NÚKIB requirements, manage cyber risks and incidents, and ensure up-to-date security documentation and security controls. Oversee security processes for continuity, supplier chain security, and periodic internal cyber security audits and training, reporting ISMS effectiveness to senior management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in information or cyber security
• At least 3 years of experience managing security processes or a security team
• Excellent knowledge of Act No. 264/2025 and related implementing regulations, and NIS2 directive principles
• Practical experience implementing and administering ISMS
• Experience in risk management, audits, and creating security documentation
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27005, and related security frameworks
• Familiarity with network security, identity management, access governance, and cloud service security
• Czech language proficiency (native); English is welcome
• Ability to communicate with top management
• Integrity/clean criminal record
• Independence, responsibility, analytical thinking
