Description

The Scrum Master serves as an Execution Leader facilitating Agile processes to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives for embedded banking and API platform management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach team members on effective methodologies
• Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture focused on collaboration and accountability
• Manage strategic initiatives, planning, and execution tracking throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Identify blockers and coordinate solutions to support timely decision-making
• Drive AI opportunities that enhance productivity and efficiency within the team

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
• Understanding of API-based architectures and modern software development practices
• Understanding of Open Banking and financial services technology ecosystem (strong advantage)
• Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on technical expertise
• Interest in AI-driven working methods and automation solutions
