Description

Lead the IBOR analysis and configuration design workstream for an IBOR implementation programme. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive functional solution design, and oversee delivery through testing and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IBOR functional workstream throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive business analysis and configuration design activities

• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements

• Define solution approaches and configuration strategy

• Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams

• Oversee functional deliverables, risks, and dependencies

• Support testing activities and production readiness

• Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members

• Ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved

Requirements

• Proven experience leading IBOR implementation or transformation projects

• Strong experience in business analysis and solution design

• Hands-on experience with configuration design within investment management platforms

• Strong understanding of investment operations and front-to-back workflows

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience leading global or distributed project teams
