Description

Lead the design and development of scalable platform features for enterprise banking and financial services. Build backend services in Java/Spring Boot using microservices, PostgreSQL, and Kafka, and create responsive frontend applications with React. Apply AI-assisted development practices, automate testing, and contribute to architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
• Build and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using ReactJS
• Implement end-to-end platform features across enterprise banking and financial services environments
• Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and integrate with PostgreSQL databases
• Use AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and code quality
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features
• Contribute to architectural decisions and promote software engineering best practices
• Ensure solutions align with the complexities of financial ecosystems and business requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience
• Java 17+; Spring Boot 3+; microservices-based architectures
• ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• PostgreSQL and Kafka
• Automated testing experience with JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers (or similar)
• Familiarity with AI engineering tools such as GHCP CLI
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and capabilities (frontier models)
• English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
