Description

You will develop and improve internal Microsoft Power Platform solutions used daily by the sales team, including Power Apps applications, Power BI dashboards/reports, and Power Automate automations. The role focuses on technical ownership—proposing solutions, integrating external systems via REST APIs and authentication, and using SharePoint as a data backend. You’ll work with leadership on a fast decision cycle and see results within the same quarter.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Power Apps internal applications for sales operations

• Create Power BI reports and dashboards (sales, leads, results, marketing effectiveness)

• Implement integrations with external systems such as CRM and lead-gen/marketing tools

• Develop Power Automate workflows with retries and error handling, including practical AI use cases (lead classification/enrichment and extracting data from documents)

• Propose solutions based on real needs, not only implement assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial Power BI experience and minimum 2 years in Power Apps

• Power BI: advanced DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling (star schema, relationships, transformation layer), report/model performance optimization, Row-Level Security

• Power Apps: canvas apps and/or model-driven apps, Dataverse, informed use of delegation limits, designing apps used daily by the sales team

• Power Automate: build flows with error handling and retries, scheduling, API-limit aware design

• Integrations: REST API work with OAuth 2.0 / service principal authentication, build custom connectors when no connector exists

• SharePoint backend: lists, libraries, permissions, workflows

• SQL: comfortable query writing

• Microsoft 365 organization awareness: DEV/PROD environments, solutions, permissions, licenses, and premium connector costs

• Independence: gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, propose solutions, estimate time, deliver
