Description

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to create industry-leading user experiences.

• Apply a user-centered, app-first mindset to design intuitive and engaging user journeys.

• Bring systems thinking and AI fluency to prototype and critically assess AI-assisted outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver thoughtful UX solutions.

• Communicate the user experience using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.

• Advocate for design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 6+ years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design

• Experience designing native app-first experiences (iOS, Android)

• Experience contributing to mature design systems, including component design, documentation, and education

• Experience designing consumer-facing products

• Portfolio, website, or relevant link to work included in the resume

Benefits

• Individual pay includes job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training

• US compensation: $159,000–$230,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
