Description

Drive end-to-end product development, UX vision, and design architecture for early-stage incubations. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research leadership to translate ambiguous frontier technologies into compelling, user-centered product definitions. Own holistic design processes—from interaction models and information architecture to rapid prototyping and user testing—and mentor cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX vision and design architecture for 0→1 incubations; align with executive leadership to secure buy-in and investment
• Translate ambiguous technologies into user-centered product definitions with Product, Engineering, and Research leaders
• Own end-to-end design processes, interaction models, and information architectures; run rapid prototyping and user testing to validate hypotheses and shape roadmaps
• Establish and scale design principles, design patterns, and quality standards across complex incubation teams
• Mentor designers and provide creative and strategic direction to cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX
• Portfolio/website/link to your work included in your resume
• Demonstrated track record of turning ambiguous, cutting-edge technologies into validated, intuitive user products through end-to-end design leadership

Benefits

• Individual pay determined by skills, experience, education/training
• US pay range: $236,000–$329,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
