Description

Lead a team responsible for the DPU Tools and Build ecosystem, providing services to other teams. Own the strategy and roadmap for developer productivity infrastructure, drive availability/readiness of pre-silicon and early-silicon environments, and deliver operational excellence. Set measurable productivity goals (e.g., build latency, test throughput, onboarding time) and partner across engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the DPU developer productivity infrastructure
• Drive availability and readiness of pre-silicon and early-silicon development environments
• Lead delivery and operational excellence of the DPU Tools and Build ecosystem
• Build strong partnerships across Microsoft engineering organizations
• Establish and track measurable productivity goals (build latency, test throughput, onboarding time)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 6+ years technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
• Pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Benefits

Base pay range (U.S.): USD $142,800–$274,800/year (San Francisco Bay Area and NYC metro: USD $188,000–$304,200/year). Eligible roles may receive benefits and other compensation; additional details are available via the company careers pay information page.
