Description

As a General Anesthesiologist, you will administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the surgical process, supporting anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including OB coverage. You’ll collaborate with the surgical team to help ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also educate patients and their families on anesthesia, safety protocols, and postoperative care.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgery

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of procedures (including OB)

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients and families on anesthesia procedures, safety, and postoperative care

• Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology and participate in continuous professional development

Requirements

• MD/DO who is BC/BE in Anesthesiology

• Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota

• Strong technical skills in anesthesia administration and monitoring

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
