Description

Provide comprehensive general neurosurgery services as part of a collaborative physician and APP team. You will deliver inpatient and outpatient care and perform a broad range of general neurosurgery cases, including spine, peripheral nerve compression, brain & spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, and trauma. Board eligible or board certified Neurosurgery candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general neurosurgery services

• Perform bread-and-butter neurosurgery cases (spine, peripheral nerve compression, brain & spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, trauma, etc.)

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care with 1:3 call coverage

• Collaborate in a multi-specialty group with 2 MDs and 1 APP

• Demonstrate excellent communication and sound clinical judgment in a collegial team environment

Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• BE/BC in Neurosurgery

• Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska

• DEA certification

• BLS
