Description

Apply statistical regression methods to meet EU pay transparency requirements and support the EQUAL‑SALARY Foundation certification process. Collaborate with clients to verify and improve compensation data quality, interpret real pay situations for “equal pay for equal work,” and translate findings into actionable insights for HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Run regression-based statistical analyses aligned with the certification process.

• Work with clients to validate data quality and refine datasets.

• Interpret compensation and salary scenarios relevant to equal-pay evaluation.

• Use statistical tools such as R, RStudio, or similar software.

• Explain statistical results and concepts clearly so HR teams can apply them.

• Coordinate closely with the broader process team after the statistical analysis phase.

• Support additional analytics and data-driven HR compensation initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree (Mgr./Ing. or equivalent) in econometrics, economics, or social sciences with strong quantitative methods, microeconometric analysis, and causal inference.

• Excellent Czech and English.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (R, Python, Stata), including model selection, interpretation of regression results, and forming meaningful conclusions.

• Ability to independently conduct complete pay/compensation analysis or verification, including deliverables and reports.

• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and core HR topics.

• Knowledge of Czech equal-pay legislation is an advantage.
