Description

You will manage and operate assigned information systems and applications, identify root causes of issues across connected services, and verify proposed solutions. You will collaborate with vendors, implement changes and new solutions, document changes and operating procedures, and share knowledge within the team. The role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft 365, and LAN/WAN network infrastructure including Wi‑Fi, VPN, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate assigned information systems and applications
• Diagnose problems across connected systems and services and validate proposed solutions
• Communicate with vendors of information systems
• Collaborate on implementation of changes and new solutions
• Document performed changes and operating procedures; share experience with the team
• Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, switches, firewalls)
• Resolve user requests, technical problems, and operational incidents
• Assess operational and security impact of planned changes
• Support knowledge sharing and ensure mutual coverage within the team

Requirements

• Actively seek root causes and understand how systems work
• Perceive relationships between applications, services, and identities
• Independently search for required information and verify its correctness
• Understand impacts of changes on operations, data, and security
• Take problems to resolution or escalate correctly with sufficient information
• Stay calm during operational and security incidents
• Communicate factually with users, colleagues, and vendors
• Identify errors or security risks and propose suitable solutions
• Not all answers must be known in advance; the key is the ability to analyze, research, evaluate connections, and safely implement and document solutions
