Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior T24 Architect to shape the evolution of a large and complex Core Banking environment. You will define and guide the architecture of the Temenos T24 landscape, aligning business capabilities, technology platforms, and long-term strategy while protecting stability and resilience of business-critical banking services.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 and surrounding Core Banking capabilities

• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership for complex initiatives to ensure consistency, scalability, and sustainability

• Translate business requirements into implementable solutions, including Core Banking integrations with payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management, and data platforms

• Identify interfaces, data flows, and dependencies across applications, infrastructure, and external services

• Evaluate architectural alternatives and manage trade-offs between business value, delivery risk, and technical complexity

• Drive modernization and simplification using API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled patterns

• Improve maintainability, testability, and operability; promote reuse, automation, and standardization across markets and delivery teams

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience, and operability

• Guide architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations

• Assess architectural risks, technical debt, and lifecycle concerns; guide proportionate remediation

• Serve as a trusted advisor to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Mentor architects and engineers to enable collaboration and accountable decision-making

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact in architecture, solution design, or senior engineering roles

• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, platform capabilities, and integration dependencies

• Proven track record leading architecture for large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives

• Experience working across multiple teams, products, or markets within a complex enterprise environment

• Banking sector experience with demanding availability, security, resilience, and regulatory requirements

• Fluent English (B2B/Professional level)
