Description

Senior-level role focused on designing and building advanced Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. You will develop multi-agent workflows using Claude—especially Claude Opus—covering architecture, agent collaboration logic, integrations with external tools/APIs, and production-ready backend components. You will test, evaluate, optimize, and deploy agentic systems while collaborating with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Agentic AI solutions

• Build agent systems and multi-agent workflows for complex multi-step tasks

• Work with Claude models, including designing how agents collaborate

• Integrate AI agents with external tools, systems, and APIs

• Create solutions enabling agents to access data and business services

• Develop backend and components required for AI solutions

• Test, evaluate, and optimize agentic system performance

• Prepare solutions for production environments

• Collaborate with an international team on new AI initiatives

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI

• Strong practical experience in Agentic AI and building agent systems

• Experience with Claude models; practical use of Claude Opus strongly valued

• Experience designing and implementing complex LLM-based workflows

• Practical knowledge of multi-agent solutions and integrating AI models with external systems/tools

• Strong software engineering skills with experience delivering production solutions

• Backend and API experience

• Ability to independently design solution architecture and make technical decisions

• Very good command of English
