Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent multi-agent systems that combine reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous execution. Own the full lifecycle of agentic solutions, embedding security, auditability, and performance, while enabling other teams through reusable templates and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of agentic systems

• Design multi-agent architectures using established agent design patterns and robust cross-agent communication

• Build advanced context and memory capabilities (dynamic context compression, persistent multi-layer memory, retrieval and forgetting)

• Develop custom RAG and vector-based retrievers optimized for retrieval relevance and latency/throughput, including semantic search (dense embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking)

• Orchestrate tools via MCP with transport and authentication knowledge (HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC; OAuth/token-based auth)

• Script in JavaScript and/or Python to extend functionality or preprocess data

• Implement secure, auditable pipelines (encryption, access control, PII sanitization, traceability)

• Work with cloud agent frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure) at an intermediate level to design and operate solutions

• Create end-to-end observability using LLM observability tooling, OpenTelemetry-based tracing, and infrastructure monitoring (reliability, performance, cost)

• Build reusable workflow templates and documentation so other teams can adopt and run agentic automation

• Own solution lifecycle from design and implementation to observability and iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software or automation engineering

• Proven expertise in end-to-end agentic system design covering reasoning, decision-making, and execution

• Expertise in multi-agent architecture, including design patterns and cross-agent communication/collaboration or critique

• Advanced context and memory techniques (compression, multi-layer memory, retrieval/forgetting, vector stores, RAG pipelines)

• Background in custom RAG and retrieval optimization for relevance, latency/throughput, and semantic search (dense embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking)

• In-depth knowledge of MCP, including transport layers (HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC) and authentication (OAuth, token-based auth)

• Scripting skills in JavaScript and/or Python

• Competency designing secure and auditable pipelines (encryption, access control, PII handling, traceability)

• Familiarity with cloud agent frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure) at an intermediate level

• Understanding of observability (LLM-specific tooling, OpenTelemetry, infrastructure monitoring with cost/performance tracking)

• Ability to create reusable templates and cross-team documentation

• English fluency (B2 level or higher) in written and spoken communication
