Description

Own end-to-end hiring across multiple areas, primarily supporting Sales and Business positions in the Czech Republic. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define the best hiring strategy per role, and build proactive talent pipelines. Screen candidates through competency-based interviews, ensure excellent candidate experience, and improve recruiting efficiency using recruitment data—while experimenting with AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment across various areas (primarily Sales and Business)
  • Work closely with hiring managers: understand needs, challenge assumptions, and define the best strategy for each role
  • Build proactive talent pipelines rather than recruiting only when a position opens
  • Source top talent via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job portals, and creative sourcing methods
  • Run screening and competency-based interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
  • Guide candidates through the full recruiting process with a consistently great candidate experience
  • Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and support better decisions
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, interview quality, and candidate experience
  • Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new sourcing techniques to make hiring faster and smarter

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house HR, agency, or fast-growing environment)
  • Fluent Czech
  • Good English skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Confidence managing several recruiting processes at the same time
  • Ability to consider hiring in broader context and contribute improvements
  • Use recruitment data and metrics to support decisions
  • Proactive, curious, and enjoys solving problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to develop from Talent Acquisition toward a broader People Partner role
