Description

Phoenician Medical Center is seeking Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join its growing team across the Greater Phoenix area, including both metro and scenic rural communities.

The role offers a $250K+ starting salary with earning potential of $350K+ through additional compensation tied to quality and productivity, plus extra compensation for physicians who bring an established patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care within an integrated, whole-person care model

• Deliver coordinated care with support from in-house imaging, laboratory, and ancillary services

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Spanish speaking is a plus

• J-1 visa candidates welcome
