Description

Cleveland Clinic is seeking board certified/eligible physicians for Internal Medicine Primary Care roles across multiple sites in Northeast Ohio. You will provide adult primary care and consultative services in a predominantly outpatient setting, with opportunities to support teaching, scholarship, and leadership. Practices are medical-home certified, use an integrated Epic electronic health record, and emphasize quality improvement and innovation in value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease care
• Provide consultative services for patients with complex clinical problems
• Work in a team-based care model supported by embedded care partners (e.g., pharmacy and behavioral health)
• Support education for medical students, residents, and interdisciplinary trainees (where applicable)
• Participate in quality improvement and innovation initiatives for care delivery

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible
• Ability to practice in a predominantly outpatient primary care setting
• Commitment to teaching, scholarship, and leadership (as applicable)
