Exciting opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in central northern California in Monterey County. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring relevant experience and fluency in Spanish (no exceptions). The position is 100% outpatient with a team of 9 other providers and includes productivity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care for all ages in an outpatient setting
• Deliver services including physicals, laboratory services, asthma care, diabetes screening, wellness programs, and immunizations
