Description

You will manage and develop the company’s IT infrastructure across the holding with a strong emphasis on practical networking. The work covers VLAN/VPN, segmentation, monitoring, security, and creating documentation and long-term standards, while also giving you room to move toward internal systems, automation, AI tools, and IT strategy. Several times per year you will support live events by designing dedicated event network setups (Dante, NDI, IP-based audio/video) and troubleshooting quickly during broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop corporate infrastructure across the holding and branches
• Manage VPN and VLAN, including network segmentation
• Ensure monitoring and security of network infrastructure
• Map, unify, and standardize infrastructure across the organization
• Create documentation and standards that work long-term
• Collaborate with external vendors
• Select and implement internal systems (ERP, CRM) as the role evolves
• Support automation and AI tool adoption
• Contribute to long-term IT strategy
• Design and set up separate network environments for large events and live broadcasts (Dante, NDI, IP-based audio/video)
• Troubleshoot during live transmission to quickly locate and resolve issues

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure or network administration
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP; experience with VPN or VLAN
• AV technologies in IP environments are a plus (Dante/NDI ideally)
• English communication skills for documentation and working with vendors
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stay calm and find solutions under pressure
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly
• Motivation to influence how IT is set up, not only to handle tickets
