Description

You will build automated controls, workflows, reports, and internal tools, using data and modern technologies. You’ll use SQL, databases, spreadsheet tools, and cloud environments to create analyses and dashboards, define risk indicators, and continuously monitor. You’ll also support internal investigations with data preparation and analysis, coordinate with IT on development requests, test solutions, and help roll them out—using AI and even vibe coding.

Responsibilities

• Create automated controls, workflows, reports, and internal tools
• Perform data work using SQL, databases, spreadsheet tools, and cloud environments
• Prepare and produce analyses, dashboards, risk indicators, and ongoing monitoring
• Support internal investigations through data preparation, analysis, and identification of relevant findings
• Translate Compliance needs into IT requirements and coordinate development requests
• Test solutions and assist with implementation in practice
• Use AI, vibe coding, and other new technologies to improve processes

Requirements

• Enjoy working with data and have strong SQL skills
• Technical and analytical thinking
• Ability to turn ideas into functional solutions
• Knowledge of data tools and cloud environments
• Orientation in APIs and integrations
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them clearly into IT requirements
• Regular hands-on use of AI as a work tool
• Drive to simplify and automate processes and controls
• Interest in Compliance, internal controls, and internal investigations
