Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for DFMI+ features, creating test scripts and regression suites using C# and Playwright. The role covers validation across UI, APIs, backend logic, and data flows, including functional, integration, and regression testing. You will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing while collaborating with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test solutions for frontend and backend layers

• Create and evolve functional, integration, and regression automated tests

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks aligned with the project architecture

• Test web applications, APIs, and backend services (including distributed systems validation and DLT-based components)

• Analyze system behavior across UI, API, backend logic, and data flows

• Ensure test coverage for functional and non-functional requirements, including performance and resilience

• Create and run automated regression packs supporting stability between releases

• Validate test data and manage test data in complex environments

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing

• Configure and prepare test environments according to DevOps practices

• Maintain test artifacts, scripts, and documentation in Azure DevOps

• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to identify defect root causes and improve delivery quality

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile software delivery

Requirements

• Experience in automated testing in complex IT environments

• Practical knowledge of C#/.NET for test automation

• Experience with Playwright (especially with C#)

• Experience writing automated tests for both frontend and backend layers

• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend services

• Knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, SpecFlow, RestSharp or similar)

• Understanding of frontend/backend behavior, system integration, and data flow

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work hybrid (2–3 days/week in one of the listed cities)

• English proficiency level B2–C1

• Availability ASAP preferred; up to one month notice acceptable (effective end of month)
