Description

Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless networking, switching, and overall network connectivity services in a global environment.

Manage incidents, fulfill requests, troubleshoot network problems, and perform root cause analysis. Configure and support network switches and wireless access points, monitor network health, and execute infrastructure changes and upgrades following established change management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Experience supporting enterprise networking environments

• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration

• Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or similar network management tools

• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, Cisco ISE, wireless networking solutions, and network performance monitoring

• Fluency in English
